Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Automotive Mechanic to join our team. As a female-friendly environment, we actively encourage women to apply for this position. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles. You will work with a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and provide accurate diagnoses

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including engine tune-ups, fluid changes, and brake replacements

• Repair or replace faulty components, such as belts, hoses, spark plugs, or brake pads

• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex issues

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs

• Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends

• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers about repair recommendations and progress

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly handled and stored

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle makes and models

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and tools

• Experience with computerized diagnostic equipment and software

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
